BTS '24

January 16th marked a milestone for YEAH as we welcomed 200 students from Oakland and San Francisco Unified School Districts to Merritt College for an unforgettable event! With a diverse lineup of over 20 Colleges, Universities, and Community-Based Organizations, students were empowered to connect, explore, and engage with various educational opportunities. From insightful workshops on college-related trivia during campus tours to essential College 101 Basics sessions, the day was filled with enriching experiences aimed at shaping students' futures.

This event is just the beginning of our commitment to early awareness and preparation for Bay Area Middle School students. YEAH is thrilled to pave the way for these young minds, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to embark on their higher education journey with confidence and enthusiasm.
